Mandatory personal liability insurance of the subject providing medical services
The subject of the insurance is the mandatory personal liability of the Insurer and the Insured for damages done due to providing medical services, which was caused by action or neglect of the Insurer or the Insured while providing medical services, in accordance with section 35, act 1 from 30.08.1991 about health care centres (Journal of Laws 1991, No 91, section 408, with amendments).

Mandatory personal liability insurance of the health care provider
The subject of the insurance is the mandatory personal liability of the Insurer (the health care provider) and the Insured for damages done due to providing medical services, which was caused by action or neglect of the Insurer or the Insured while providing medical services, in accordance with section 136b, paragraph 2, act from 27.08.2004 about providing health care services financed from public finances (Journal of Laws No 210, section 2135, with amendments).

Deliberate personal liability insurance of Health Care Centres
The subject of the deliberate insurance is the mandatory personal liability for property or personal damage, caused while providing medical services, together with the damage done due to undertaking actions or possessing items used for providing health care.
