• full coverage – 24-hour,
• occupational coverage – during work/studying, and also on the way from home to work/school and back.

The insurance contract can be signed in the following forms:

• individual,
• family,
• group (at least 10 people).

The insurance contract may include both standard and additional benefits.

1. compensation for health loss,
2. compensation for death,
3. single compensation in case of myocardial infraction or stroke,
4. refund of costs of purchase of supportive measures,
5. refund of costs of professional training for the disabled.

The standard coverage can be extended by the following benefits:

• daily benefits in case of termporal or permanent inability to work/learn,
• daily hospital benefits,
• return of treatment costs,
• return of rehabilitation costs,
• single compensation in case of permanent inability to work.

The personal accident insurance contract can be signed in one of four options, consisting only from standard benefits listed in the general insurance conditions.
