His professional career in the insurance field started in 1999. He has been working in TU INTER Polska S.A. since June 2008, initially as Sales Director, then as Executive Board Member. In August 2011 he became President of the Board in TU INTER Polska S.A. and TU INTER-ŻYCIE Polska S.A.

He is responsible for sales, training, marketing and central administration of insurance policies. He graduated from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow, completed the post-graduate studies at the Karol Adamiecki University of Economics in Katowice – the Bad Harzburg German Economy Executive Board Academy.

After hours, he is interested in tourism, management and world economy.

His professional carrier started in INTER Krankenversicherung aG in 1991. Since then he has been associated with the insurance industry. Currently, he occupies the position of Proxy and is responsible for the Internal Audit Department in INTER Insurance Group, Germany. He graduated  from the German Insurance Academy (Deutsche Versicherungsakademie - DVA).

In May 2011 he took the position of Executive Board Member in TU INTER Polska SA and TU INTER-ŻYCIE Polska SA. In both companies he is responsible for internal audit, legal and personal offices, controlling and administration.

The professional career of Mr Jakub Świniarski has  always been associated with the insurance market. For many years he worked for  TUiR WARTA SA, one of the leading insurance companies in Poland.  

Since 2006, he occupied a position  of the Director of Claims Department  and in 2010 he became a Member of the  Management Board at Warta 24 Plus Sp. of o.o. responsible for claims settlement.  

On 1st March 2012 the Supervisory  Boards of TU INTER Polska SA and TU INTER-ŻYCIE Polska SA appointed Mr Jakub  Świniarski a Member of the Magagemet Board at both companies.  

Under the supervision of the new  Member of the Board are: property and casualty insurance department, claims  settlement, finance, IT and project development.
